He truly went above and beyond in helping me find a home to buy in an exceptionally difficult housing market. His knowledge, patience, and communication made me feel both well-informed and comfortable with his guidance and decision making during the process. Even after closing, he made himself available to answer questions and provide assistance when needed. I was very lucky to have him as my realtor.

"Working with Scott to purchase our first home was an amazing experience. As the liaison between us and the builder, as we were still residing in Virginia at the time of the build, he did an excellent job in keeping us up-to-date with the day-to-day process. "As a first time home purchase, Scott made the process very easy. He is very respectful, easy to get along with, and goes above and beyond. He continuously brings home after home to view until you are completely satisfied in your purchase. When I first meet Scott, I was in a time crunch because my landlord decided to sell the property I was currently residing in. Not only did Scott promise to help me find a home to purchase that I would love, that we would also close on the house in less than 60 days. He kept his word, and I’m now the proud owner of beautiful home in New Bern Nc. Scott never stopped once to work out the best deal for me and always went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care of without me having worry. Real pleasure to work with, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to all !!"

"I was ready to sell my house FSBO since it’s such a hot market now. I spoke with a friend who did that and got offers the first day, but he found there’s a huge difference between getting the offer and the complications of getting it closed. I talked to Scott, and he convinced me I’d get more with far less hassle if I gave him the listing. I did, and I was very pleased right from the beginning.He helped me understand what I needed to do to get it ready for pictures and then showing. He got someone in to take the pictures, including shots from a drone. We set an aggressive price and immediately began getting good, prequalified potential buyers. We had several offers within the first week. We accepted an offer with an excellent price, who did not have to sell his house, that wanted to close ASAP, and gave us a significant amount in do diligence money. The home inspection turned up the normal list of things that needed looking at. Scott was able to get the buyer to accept a check and have the buyer take care of it all, rather than me getting it done and then a re-inspection. There were only 2 comps from my neighborhood, and they were several months old. He showed them comps in similar nearby neighborhoods that had recently closed, and the bank appraisal came in pretty close. There were a couple of small glitches just before closing that he helped me through and kept me advised all along the way. I was very pleased with his work."
